The staff was helpful and competent. Everything was very comfortable.- The parking was onsite.- The room was well decorated.- The hotel had a central location, next to a basilica and a cathedral.- It was set in a residential area.Rewritten: Everything was very comfortable, with onsite parking available and the room well decorated. The hotel's central location, next to a basilica and a cathedral, in a residential area, enhances its appeal. We wouldn't think twice about coming back again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a fine stay on road trip. The breakfast was satisfactory and offered a great selection of items.- The staff were welcoming and amicable in case of questions.- The location was magnificent and quiet, very close to the train station.- Being within 5 minutes walk from Puerta del Carmen Gate was convenient for us.

Friendly staff, close to the S-Bahn station,. a simply furnished small room, but completely sufficient for a low-budget holiday. Good price-performance ratio.
Biggest drawback: Unfortunately too far (approx. 20 min. to walk) from the center.

The bed, the underground parking.
The rooms are worn, despite prohibition people smoke in the room. Accordingly, it smelled strong in the first room. We have received a new room. It did not smell that bad here.

The doors are smashing hard, you can hear it and feel it on the entire floor. Despite double glazing relatively loud.

The reception staff were helpful and spoke good English. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was a very good spread. The security of the underground car park was very good. We were travelling through France into Spain and were staying at 3 hotels each way of our journey and this hotel was by far the most superior.

Reliable, reasonably clean venue with particularly good location just next door to the big, main Zaragoza church in the Old Town and the city center. The very very helpful staff working throughout the hotel. Variety of options for satisfactory breakfast.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Zaragoza and had a wonderful experience. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very affordable, especially considering the quality of the hotel. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. They were friendly, helpful, and always available. Lastly, the location of the hotel was superb. It was within walking distance of the city center, making it convenient to explore all the attractions.
That the room was a bit small.

Extremely good value for money. We were stopping off for 1 night travelling from Spain to the uk and the hotel was a good choice. Quiet area but very close to some restaurants/bars. Centre of town was a 20 minute walk. Large room with better than average buffet breakfast.
